The M5 is dead to me after the E60 Wagon, tbh. Bigger than an E65, heavier than a Urus, two very poorly considered turbos, automatic, AWD, and now, Plug-In Hybrid Powertrain similar to the XM that'll make it sound like a choking four-cylinder. The only point of interest to me is that the Wagon is back.

Now imagine if it had a proper rear wing, and some fancy aero. This thing could to mega laptimes. Porsche has the 911 GT3 RS, Mercedes has the AMG GT Black Series, Ford is about to release the Mustang GTD. Maybe a BMW M4 GT-Packet version would be nice, to tackle them head on, and I know it could do damage in that front. But it's still amazing to see that without the aero the M4 CS can carry a lot of G-forces in corners and decent apex speeds in a lot of places. Really nice time!
